Galexy note 8 - does this phone come unlocked from verizon? Telephone support and the Verizon store don't seem to know.
It should be SIM unlocked from the factory.
All of Verizon's 4G phones come SIM unlocked. But keep in mind that just because it is unlocked doesn't mean it will work on other carriers due to incompatible band frequencies.
