My screen went black on my phone and I want to get all of the pictures of my daughter being born off of it. I can still turn the phone on and off, but I just cant see the screen to do anything. I would like to download all my pictures to my computer by using the USB but I cant seem to figure it out. I pulled the little sim card out of the phone and got those pictures saved on my computer. But the ones I really want, I cant seem to find. Any help would be great. I will be sinking my new phone to the cloud so this does not happen again. I am not very computer savy so please dumb it down for me. THANKS!
Mine does that too whenever I turn it off so now I never turn it off.

Blank screens are no fun swampyd! Does your phone stay blank always? If this is the case it will not be possible to search your pictures and transfer to your computer or the cloud. I recommend backing up your pictures to the Verizon Cloud http://vz.to/14QbP0I going forward to keep those precious memories safe!
