Get wrong keyboard when trying to cash check with Galaxy S4

Question

When I try to cash a check with my Galaxy S4 using my local banks App I get a keyboard with all numbers and no period.  I tried changing KB using the setting button but no matter what I pick I still get same KB.  I had no problem with the same App using my Motorola Droid Bionic..

You'd have to contact the app developer (which is probably your bank).

I don't have this problem with my bank's app on my S4.
