Mine did that last night and everything is gone. My SD card is wiped and when I went to Google + everything was gone from there as well.
I've had this happen as well a couple times
Oh wow, Hilary_in_Denver. How upsetting! That is pretty strange, but I've not heard of this happening. Do you have the S4 or the mini?
Has it reset again since you've added items back to the phone?
