Having a lot of problems with this phone

I have been dealing with their technical support since june with my phone and they are RUDE and will not help me to get me another phone ... When my phone rings the 2nd one mind you it will ring then it goes silent and then rings again , and sometimes the phone will not ring at all and unless someone leaves me a voicemail it will not show up as a missed call. I'm sick of dealing with this 5 and dealing with these rude people and the play store just opens by itself really ok but they are telling me its not a problem with the system well then whats the problem ..... i hate this phone..

Have you tried a restore on the phone? I got mine in August and am having no issues at all. Mary

Yes this one now is my 2nd phone. I hate it .... Wish I would have kept my old phone. They are telling me there's nothing they can do. Such crap...

Take the phone to your Local Verizon store see if they'll reset it for you and have them check the Sim Card it may be the issue.. If your not using Google for your Contacts try and use it, its a Good source to use.. Give what I suggested a try let us know how comes out..

I finally got to talk to a nice person this time one that listened and he said it was a hardware issue. So he sent me out another phone thank goodness. But I was thinking about taking it to the store. If I couldn't get anywhere again. So we shall see what happens when I get the other phone. I do have my contacts backed up to Google . thank you very much for the information. ☺
