I do not get my Comcast emails from my new phone? any ideas

I love getting emails on my phone and I know how important it is for your Comcast emails to be available. To double check, have you added your Comcast account to your phone? Here on the steps to do so: http://vz.to/1c2rDQO If you already have, do you get any sort of error messages? Are you able to send emails from your Comcast account from your phone?
