I have a Galaxy III with hotspot connection and after the last up date I have not be able to connect my compture,tablet,printer to the internet. Does anyone have this problem and know how to fix it?
Try a factory reset. That should resolve the code dependencies to make it work. If that fails, have verizon re-provision the hotspot feature, i.e. have them turn it off and turn it back on at their end.
Have done tried both and still not working.
