How Do I Rearrange The Icons On My Galaxy S7?

Question

How do you rearrange the icons at the top of screen pulldown?  Stuff like flashlight/wifi/hotspot etc?

It was easy on A6> but I can't get it to work on A7.

Also the icons are hard to see for older eyes> A6 was great.  Example> I need the flashlight at night but can't see the new icons well enough without my glasses to FIND the one for flashlight.    How can I make them easier to see like they were in A6.

Drag down your full icon list, you will notice three vertical dots upper right hand corner of the display, touch that then touch edit. Just press on the icon and drag it to the desired location.
