How Do I Restore My Deleted Contacts?

accidentally deleted all messages from one of my contacts...not even sure how it happened. My cloud is full so not backed up. They were not saved to my sim card. How do I get them back?

OH. MY WORD! I asked a question, and then it put my question into the Title? A little frustrated here...not user friendly. whatever.

Deleting text messages doesn't have anything to do with your contact list.

If the messages weren't backed up, then once they're deleted from the phone, they're gone.

I was responding to JETALP5's primary question about restoring deleted contacts after deleting messages, not restoring deleted messages, which I understand can't be restored.

The subject and first sentence are different; I'm not sure if they are wanting to restore deleted contacts as the subject says, or to restore deleted messages as the first sentence implies. Since you addressed the contacts, I thought I'd address the messages.
