I would like an answer to this too. Other users have asked the question and Verizon seems not to have an answer. It does not appear in Windows Start-up manager, you cannot uninstall it, and more sophisticated tools such as Revo Uninstall find no trace of it. It's like the uninvited guest who won't leave.
