How can I get my camera to take better pictures?

If anyone can help me I would be so grateful.  I've had my galaxy s7 phone since december and when I take pictures, they are just ok.  When I see other people's pictures from their phones, they are amazing.  Can someone help me make the necessary adjustments to get the same quality I see on other phones? Thank you
