Verizon will not let me trade in my SG3 (which has too many issues to begin with)...Seriously, has anyone came across this?
I haven't seen a .99 S4. And, even if so, I'd imagine that's on contract, for which you must be a current contract customer who is out of contract to purchase...meaning you still pay full price for the phone due to the higher monthly access charges.
