When I receive an email with an attachment I cannot View or Save. I have to click 'Details' and 'Load More', then close and re-open the email before I am 'allowed' to view or save. Happens in Roadrunner and Hotmail.
Having your email show an attachment is important, mrp179. Are you using the manufacturers email set up or using an app for Hotmail? Does it happen on other email account such as your Google (gmail) account?

It happens on my Hotmail as well as my Roadrunner accounts.

This has happened ever since I got the phone about 6 months ago. I use the stock email app that came with the phone. I tried another email app, but it had different issues.
I love most features of the S6 phone but will probably trade it in soon if I cannot get the attachments to work.
I have tried deleting and adding email accounts several times to no avail.

When I get multiple attachments I can do a ‘save all’ and it saves ok. However when there is 1 attachment only I usually cannot View or Save.
Hope that helps clarify the issue.
I appreciate the additional information provided mrp179, this will help us get to the bottom of your device concerns. When trying to open the attachment, are you getting any sort of error message? Does this happen only when you are connected to Wi-Fi?
