How do I retrieve old voice mail messages that have not been deleted but do not show on phone screen now?
Check your trash. If they arent there, they are gone.
That's pretty strange, JoanJodyG. Messages don't usually disappear without being deleted. Are you using the Verizon Wireless Visual Voice Mail? What model phone do you use? Do you hear the voice mail if you dial into your mailbox (*86 from your cell phone or dial your number and press # when you hear your greeting from another line)?
