AK Notepad. S Memo on my S4 is totally empty. Any way to do this transfer or a way to save onto my PC my notes, print them out, etc.
Was this an application that was pre-installed on the original DROID Charge? Have you looked that application to see if there is a way to backup the notes or share them via some method?

I loved AK Notepad; unfortunately, that app ceased to exist/be supported as of the end of August 2013. If you still have the app on your old phone, you should be able to export the files and print them.
