The clipboard really comes in handy, JohnZinN. If you press and hold on any text, in any application, you will get a pop-up with options. You can select More> Clipboard.

VanessaS_VZW, there is no 'More' option available after holding on the text. After holding on any text, you touch 'Copy text' to paste to the clipboard.
