How do I add ringback tones to my device?

I purchased a ringtone &  a ring back at the same time, but only got my ringtone, where is my ring back?

Ringback tones are managed through your MyVerizon account online. You don't actually receive them to the phone itself. You have to sign into your MyVerizon account associated with the line you purchased the ringback tone for.
