How do I assign a ringtone to a contact?

I can't seem to find a way to assign a ringtone to a specific contact for when an individual calls.

Open your contact list and find the contact who you would like to assign a special ringtone for....Open the contact and tap the pencil icon to edit the contact.  Scroll through the choices till you see the option to assign a ringtone.
