How do I change the colors that my screen displays?

My screen has changed itself into a "negative" type image. I need help?

Help has arrived!  Let's see how we can customize your device screen settings.

You can change this setting by going to the main "Settings" menu, then tap "Accessibility".  In the Vision section you will see the option for "Negative colors".  Please let me know how this works out for you.
