How do I disable my samsung gallaxy S4 from announcing the name of the caller?

All of a sudden, my samsung gallaxy S4 is announcing the name of the caller instead of just the ringtone...I must have done something in settings!  Where do I turn the name announcement off?

Turn off driving mode:  settings > my device

Actually under Settings>Device>Hands Free Mode

It's driving mode if the 4.3 update hasn't been applied, hands free if the phone has been updated.

Happened to me too.  I think it has something to do with the interaction between the phone and the bluetooth in the car.  Here's what worked:

Settings/Language and Input / (scroll down to the "Speech" section) Text-to-speech output / (Under "General" category") Driving mode: move slider from "on" to "off" position.
