How do I download contacts from verizon wireless to my phone

Had to factory reset phone. With new startup my contacts did not load. When I go to the cloud on my phone it says there are no contacts

but if I go to Verizon wireless on my computer it says there are 100 somthing. How do I transfer the computer file to my phone?

go to cloud in my verizon app the find backup then restore.

SSBECK332, I have way too many contacts to remember all of their phone numbers. Let’s figure this out together. When you check your contacts through your Verizon online account, are you logging in with the same phone number as yours or a different one on the account? Do you have issues with any other Verizon applications?

Phone did a factory reset. My contacts were backed up by backup assistant. I logged into verizon website on a desktop. It said upgrade to cloud..OK. shows 124 contacts on dashboard. OK. go to contacts in the cloud...zero contacts..just 4 verizon defaults. Download VZ cloud to phone. zero contacts... it appeared to auto sync with my phone... therefore saying by cloud contacts and phone contacts are the same...ie 4 default verizon contacts and poof all my contacts are gone...so glad the cloud saved me!?! No interface at all that asks to double check or if I want to restore or download vs upload...'sync' is a terrible word...yes I wanted to sync the cloud with my phone so that my phone would have the cloud contacts...

Our goal is to ensure all of your 124 contacts are restored to the phone. It's great that you have been able to migrate to the Verizon Cloud.
