How do I download my music & pictures from ICloud to my new S4?

I'm glad to see that you are taking full advantage of the services that iCloud provides. It's a great way to archive information, especially while on the go. As a fellow iCloud user, It will be my pleasure to assist transferring information using iCloud. May I ask what type of computer do you have? Are the songs that you have stored on iCloud purchased from iTunes? I asked this because iTunes uses a format for music known as AAC for music files. If you can be so kind as to share this info then we can assist.
