How do I ge my phone to turn on?

I recently bought the new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, and tonight out of no where it will not work. I was sitting on the couch with Addy watching a movie, I recently hung up the phone with my husband, and now it will not turn on. I literally did nothing to the phone, I am so confused. I tried to plug it in and it will not light up or anything........ Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Try booting into the recovery menu by pressing these three buttons at once: home + power + volume up. See if you can manually reboot your device this way.
