How do I get my S5 to read and allow me to respond to texts by voice while connected to bluetooth in my car?

I like the phone, but I am still trying to figure out how to use it.

There are bluetooth reader apps in the Play Store that will read back messages via bluetooth when received, and allow response via voice command as well.  IDK if S-Voice can assist in this.  It should be a pre-installed Samsung app on your phone.
