How do I get my phone to turn on?

Blue light is flashing but I cant get the phone to do anything? It`s not even a week old!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone.

As added suggestion if your Battery ever drains to a very low state let the phone charge for about 10 to 20 min. or until you hear it Vibrate as it can do to let you know the Battery is now charging then let the battery continue to charge once the battery reaches 50% try re-powering it..
