How do I get rid of "Deleted Files" on my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone?????

If someone knows how to totally get rid of Deleted files on your Galaxy S4, please help me. These "deleted files" are using up my MB's. All other apps are not using very much memory or MBs, but when I use the app called "Advanced Task Killer", it deletes whatever has been used, but then tells me that the "deleted files" are using up all my MB's. We only have 2 MB's per month between the two phones....as you know, apps on this phone are running constantly.....IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE, THANKS FOR ANY HELP THAT CAN BE GIVEN!!!sbb

Apps are opening up and using data all the time. You need to change the settings, and close or delete those apps to your preferences in the app manager in the settings menu, however the ones that are preinstalled are there permanetly but you can control them. You can delete your Advanced task killer as you don't need it, it is a battery drainer and Android has one built in and will automatically close down apps that are not needed when memory is running low. Remember apps are your friend and can be quite useful, but don't let them control you device. After they are downloaded they need to be managed and not let run wild.
