How can I retrieve a new voicemail without having to listen to my saved voicemails first?

Try this:  when you dial into voicemail, choose personal options (4), then administrative options(2), then message review(4), change order of messages.  There may be a General options(1) in between administrative options and message review options...

I usually select (1-1) to listen to new messages when I first access my voicemail system.
