I had to factory reset my s8 plus because I forgot my newly set pass code since there is no option for the Samsung find my device. So how do I unlock my phone if it happens again without factory resetting it again? Also, why does the other carrier variations such as sprint,att&t and t- mobil all have the Samsung find my mobil but not verizon? This was a VERY useful tool to have and now it's gone. Why, and how do i get in my phone if something like this happens again?
