I have enabled advanced calling on my Note 4 and when checking my settings it is turned on. I also enabled it on my sisters S6+ edge and she is able to start a video call with me but when I try and video call her I cant the video button is faded and won't let me dial. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Enable the feature in My Verizon under Apps and Features.
