How do I order a replacement SIM card?

My phone died (note 4). Purchased new Note 8, which takes a different size sim card. I don't live near store, seems I can't call anyone at Verizon, so how do I order a replacement sim? I have had the same number with Verizon for 20 + years, but can't get help.

If you purchased the Note 8 from VzW, it should have the SIM card preinstalled. You can contact Customer Service via chat or social media in addition to calling:
