My kid unknowingly wiped my phone. I HATE this setting that requires my phone to be wiped after my kids try to break into my phone so many times unsuccessfully. Anyone else have this issue?

You can turn it off:
settings > lock screen and security > secure lock settings > auto factory reset (set toggle to Off)

I can't toggle mine off. I see what you're talking about but it's grayed-out, basically showing me that it doesn't want me to have the ability to disable it. Strange.

your kids apparently don't understand "no" or to leave parents things alone when asked.
the feature is to protect you in case the phone is lost/stolen.

Thank you! I had no idea why that feature was there! And thanks for the parenting tip too! (sarcasm font)
