How do I set up a mobile hotspot on my Galaxy S6?

If you are on the More Everything or Verizon plan, hotspot is included and should just work. If you are on an older plan like a Nationwide, you have to subscribe first, then activate it.
Go to Settings, then More under Wireless and networks, Mobile hotspot should be at the top of the list. Toggle it on, and follow the prompts.
