Trying to figure out how to make this notification go away. Did not consciously try to sync Chrome on my new phone.
Might need to go to Chrome browser settings and or Google account page on a PC and check your security settings for the account and the browser. Might be able to reset there or remove the phrase all together.
If you no longer have access to your custom passphrase, you’ll need to reset sync.
rmokri we'll figure this out! How long have you been receiving this message? Has there been any changes to the device since this started?AshleyS_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
I'm getting the same error. Chrome will not load pages. I continually get a message asking for my password. When I enter it for my Google account it states that I have the wrong pataphrase.
zeke61412, we definitely want to figure this out and get these browsers back up and running. Have you attempted to clear the application cache and data to reset the application? As well, you can also attempt to uninstall the application in the Google Play Store. See how to clear app cache and data here http://vz.to/1vEdBg3.AdamG_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
