I keep getting an error message about visual voice mail. How do I stop it, don't want visual voice mail

What does the error say? Is it the free trial of premium voice mail?

Things to try are:

Making sure the app is up to date

Going to Settings>Application/Application Manager and deleting the cache

Opening up the Voicemail app and clicking on either the 3 dots or 3 lines and canceling it (if it's premium)
