How do I switch my phone number to my Note 5?

I just added a new line to my account, I want to switch phones between phone X and the new phone Y. I attepmted to do this online however I received a message that I had to call support. I tried to do this too and kept getting the auto assist! Can any one help me please!

Congratulations on your new phone, Androidhelpneeded! Since SIM cards aren't compatible, you can get a card for free from our Corporate Store. If you go into an Indrect Retailer, there may be a charge between $5-$20 for SIM.
