Hold the power button and the home button for a few seconds together until the screen flashes for the screenshot creation.

Bruh. This thread is from 2015 and Ann gave correct instructions for that phone model.
My phone takes a screenshot by holding power and volume down. Different phone models can have differing ways of doing the same thing you know.
