How do I take screen shots?

Is there a way for the Galaxy S5 to capture a screen shot of its own screen, or do you just have to shoot the GS5 screen with another camera?

1. Pull up the screen you want to capture. ...
2. Press the power and home buttons at the same time. The power button is on the right edge of your S5 (when the phone's facing you) while the Home button is below the display. ...
3. Go to Gallery to find your screenshot. ...
4. Tap the Screenshots folder.

I had searched through the official "manual" for the S5 and googled around for the answer to my question but couldn't find anything.  Is there a manual or other source that I could refer to for answers to similar usage questions?

Another option is to go to settings > motions and gestures > palm swipe to capture > turn toggle at the top right On.  Then to capture a screenshot, tilt your hand on its side (little finger down) and slide across the display right-to-left.
