How do I turn on the caller announcement feature?

i am trying to turn on my caller announcement feature but cannot figure out how on my galaxy s5

Great question margaret621,
If your phone is updated to the new Lollipop software, you can do this via settings. Go into settings, then sound and notifications. From there select Application notifications. Then select Caller ID. You will be able to turn it off in there.
