I have a S4 contact is up on it and want to sell but everyone is asking if it is unlocked? how can I make sure it can be used by another carrier.

ljersey, we appreciate you taking the time to message us concerning selling your S4. The majority of our 4G LTE phones are unlocked for global usage. However, we cannot guarantee that all features will be available to someone in a different country, and or using a different carrier, due to the phones containing service apps, as well as antennas designed to primarily work with our network. Mileage can vary.
