The notification bar shows "Blank SD card - SD card is blank or has unsupported file...". When I click on the notification it asks me if i want to format the SD card. If click on "Format" the notification bar shows that the SD card is being prepared, but then goes back to the initial notification. I have not been able to view any storage information on the SD card. I also do not know how to set up the camera to store pics and videos on the SD card instead of my device storage
We should all start a Class Action Law Suit in reference to this problem after the updates were installed. We still have to pay our phone bills but have inadequate phone service/phone usage. Unacceptable. I will be looking into starting one. I hope to God that no one is ever in a situation where they need to dial out and cannot due to the flaw in the updates and something happens to them. Samsung and Verizon will get sued!!!!!!!
Something to think about Samsung and Verizon. You all need to fix this problem and FAST!!!!

the phone did not come with a card, you provided it & it may need to be replaced.
Try removing SD card and doing a soft reset, it's usually holding the volume down button and power button at the same time. When mine screwed up it worked for me. And it doesn't erase data.
