How to add a call reject message?

I have seen it but can no longer find it. When you receive a phone call, you scroll the window up & choose a reject call message that sends a message to the caller as to why you cannot answer. I want to add a message to that list so every time I get a call, I can select it instead of typing it out on each call. Where do I go to add those? I thought it was in the settings of the phone app but I no longer see it. Thanks.

Tap Phone icon

Tap More at top

Select Settings

Select Quick Decline Messages

My fone did not have the last option: Quick Decline Messages. I just did the system update and now it's showing. I know it used to be here; glad the updated fixed it. And thank you for advising the steps stargazer
