I tried many ways to make it possible. But i can not see my device on "This PC" as a result i can not transfer nothing to my phone via PC.
Device Manager shows "Samsung Android Phone".
It does not show me on phone screen to transfer files or something like that any time i connect it.
I tried;
Different cable
Device Manager - software update
Driver Update from Samsung webpage
Turn On - USB Debugging
Kies 3
Samsung Smart Switch
And different PC
With no result..
Can anyone help me with that problem?

Make sure you have the drivers installed from Samsung's support site. You won't see anything like that on the phone other than USB Connected in the notification bar. You'll see your phone in "My PC." Then, you transfer items just like you would a flash drive or USB stick.

I'm not sure what all you've tried but this works for me: connect phone to computer via usb. at this point I see nothing changing on the phones' screen. On the computer (mine is Windows 7) I click start and then computer. I see the phone now in portable devices. Double click the phone and I am into the files system. Now, for example, pics on my memory card are located at card/dcim/camera and I can copy/paste in either direction and also delete.
I've no idea if it is advisable to transfer files in this manner but this is the third phone I've done it on with no problems. But for sure care must be exercised so as not to mess up the phone's file structure.
