How to stop the pop ups that continue to pop up on my phone

Does anyone know how to stop the pop ups that pop up on my phone constantly one of them is urber/some taxi app and the other one is I won something and it looks like a Facebook page. I didn't have this problem until after the 5.1.1 update and is there anyone else have the same issue

Have you added any applications recently with ad push permissions?

No I haven't Ann154 I have called verizon and they told me to clear the

data from the crome app and to clear the history so I did all that and

still is happening. Any help would be appreciated and thank you for replying

We’ll get these pop ups to stop Chapman1969. We understand how annoying they can be. How often are the pop ups happening? Do they show up when using certain apps? What steps have you tried so far to stop them?

A Verizon tech support had me clear the cache on the crome app and clear

the history from crome browser and re start my phone. He said that

should've taking care of it but still getting them.
