How to you set the content filter for a s4 mini? It says it's not compatible???

I went to the content filters and it is telling me that the s4 mini is not compatible? However our other 3 phones are s3's and they are compatible and set.

Is this an error or an actual problem?

Being able to manage the usage/available content on all of your devices is very important. Lancee9, there very well may be an incompatibility that is being worked out between the S4 Mini, and Content Filtering. What services were you looking to monitor?
