I pre ordered the s8+ and have received my confirmation email. Will we receive an additional email with the free VR headset promo code as well?

I called samsung today because that's where the gear vr comes from the customer service lady I talked to said you have to wait till April 10th then go on there website to enter the info to get it. she said she was getting flooded with calls asking the same question
