I accidentally set my Lock Screen to a PIN instead of Pattern

How do I set the Lock Screen from PIN back to Pattern? I've tried everything I can think of and followed all of the examples I have found on the internet.

Using that link is to set up a screen lock.  If OP cannot get into phone this will not help.

If you can access your phone via Android Device Manager on a browser or another android phone you can unlock it there I believe.
