I am having trouble with the display on a text group of 23

I set up a text group of 23. The message system made me upgrade to an enhanced setting. Now some members of the group can only see the phone numbers and not the names in the group. Also some members of the group got a black system generated message inviting them to the group . I can not see their texts. Can anyone help me ? I have spoken to Verizon support with no luck.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear about the situation. You may need to try a different messaging software or don't send the message you want to so many different contacts. This would factor out if the application is not compatible with your device or the recipient can receive your message. Not all forms of messaging are accepted with particular software or networks.
