I bought a VERIZON Galaxy S8 from Bestbuy and it does not have visual voicemail

CHUUUUUUUU

I bought a VERIZON Galaxy S8 from Bestbuy vs the Verizon store - I usually buy from bestbuy.

The phone has all the verizon firmware and etc- the verizon turn on screen, but it doesnt have visual voicemail.

I know the unlocked doesnt get it - but this is a verizon phone!

Chuuuuuuuu, we understand the importance of visual voice mail. Thanks for reaching out to us here. When you say "it doesn't have visual voice mail", do you mean that you can't find the app? Have you attempted to call into our customer service support to make sure your line is provisioned for visual voice mail? If not, I would call into our customer service support by dialing 800-922-0204 to make sure you're indeed provisioned for that feature.
