Did you try to press "Home" button, second hardware touch button from the left. If that yields no result, you most likely deleted all the screens except for the one default blank one. In order to restore your home screen, you will need to press little adjustment button on the top left and start adding the screens. As more screens are added, you may add any widgets or shortcuts to any available screen of your likening.
