I have the Galaxy S5 as of May of this year. Last Thursday, it stopped letting me send or receive phone calls, and the problem still persists to this day. I can text and use data, just can't call. I see that this is a fairly common problem by reading through other things posted here.
Thursday late afternoon I took my phone to a Verizon store and the person who helped me seemed very confused and didn't understand what was going on. We called Tech Support at Verizon. The Tech Support Specialist reset my signal, I put in a new SIM card, I did a hard reset/factory restore on my device... still no luck. I have done multiple soft resets, nothing. They said they didn't understand what the problem was, but said they would put in a ticket.
It has been 4 days and I haven't received any follow up. Ticket number (removed), ZIP code 57105. I want my phone, which I pay a lot of money for each month, to work the way it is supposed to. What can I do, or who can I talk to, to get this problem resolved?
